Your WhatsApp inbox, on your phone. Answer customers, take over from the AI agent when it hands a conversation over, and see which of your team is online.
Installing on Android
Three steps, one warning
1. Tap the Android button. Your phone may ask whether you trust this file, because it did not come from the Play Store. Allow it. Our apps are not listed there yet.
2. Open the downloaded file and tap Install. If Android says "for your security", open Settings and allow installs from your browser for this one file.
3. Open the app and sign in with the email and password your admin sent you. There is no sign-up screen. If you do not have credentials, ask your admin.
Why not the Play Store yet?
Play Store review takes time, and we are rolling these out to clients directly first. When they are listed, we will say so here and you can install them the normal way.
Until then, download only from this page. Any other site offering a BE CRM or BE Agents installer is not us.
iPhone and iPad
iOS is not available yet
The iOS apps are built and reviewed through Apple's own toolchain, which is a separate piece of work from Android. We have not released them yet.
Nothing is lost by using an iPhone today: both products work fully in Safari. Open the link below and sign in with the same credentials.
