Delete your account
If you use BE CRM, our Android app, or any other Biztech Expert product, you can ask us to delete your account and the data inside it. This page explains exactly what we delete, what we keep, and how long it takes.
How to ask
Two ways, both quick
Message +91 63524 45717 and say you want your account deleted. Tell us the email address you sign in with.
Write to contact@biztech.expert from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We reply to confirm we have received the request, usually within one working day. We do not ask you for a password, and we never ask you to pay to have your data deleted.
What happens then
Deleted within 7 days
Once we have confirmed the request belongs to the account holder, we delete the following from our servers:
- Your login and profile — name, email address, phone number
- Every record in your workspace: leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, invoices, estimates and support tickets
- Files and attachments you uploaded through the CRM or the app
- Crash reports the app sent while you were signed in
- The device registration for your phone, so no notification is ever sent to it again
The whole workspace is removed, not just your login. Other people in the same organisation lose access to it too, so if you are not the account owner, tell us and we will remove only your own user instead.
What we keep
Three narrow exceptions
We keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, and we keep it for the shortest period allowed:
- Invoices and payment records — retained for 8 years as Indian tax law requires. These contain the business name and amounts, not your customer data.
- Security audit logs — sign-in attempts and permission changes, kept 90 days, so we can investigate abuse.
- Backups — deleted data may persist in an encrypted backup for up to 30 days before that backup expires naturally.
Nothing in those exceptions lets us reconstruct your leads, contacts or conversations after deletion.
Before you go
Export first, if you want a copy
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want your records, ask us for an export before you request deletion and we will send your leads, contacts and deals as a spreadsheet. We do this free of charge, once per request.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. The records live on our servers, not on the device, so you have to ask us as described above.
